The hope is that this book to feels like a celebration for anyone and everyone that’s dealt with the rookies on a drinking holiday. And while drinking holidays (Mardi Gras, New Year's Eve, St Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo) are usually the busiest bar days, that doesn't necessarily equate to the best or most lucrative shifts.

How to Spot a Rookie At the Bar

💜 The sub-10% tip

💜 Almost anyone who orsers an Adios

💜 The customer who orders a "cranberry-vodka" instead of a "vodka-cranberry"

💜 People who close their tab after every single drink.

💜 Customers who have no idea what they want when it's their turn to order

💜 Asking for a cocktail menu when the bar is three-deep

💜 No "please" or "thank you"

💜 "What has the highest ABV?"
